Culture Shock is an interactive training experience designed for personnel of all ranks to give a multifaceted approach to problem resolution in countries whose ideals and ideologies do not mimic our own. By placing players in the shoes of the people whom they will be interacting with, they can gain a better understanding of the religion, community, and social interactions in faraway lands.

Over the course of a seven week period, participants take a mere fifteen minutes each day to organize their village's workforce, participate in a lively economy, make decisions that affect their community and neighbors, and experience the consequences of their alliances and judgements as they unfold.
  • You take the role of a newly appointed leader of a local village, after the untimely death of your father.
  • Manage your village's workers through a year's time, maximizing your output through the harshest of seasons.
  • Make decisions about your alignment with the community, the Coalition Forces, and the Taliban, and face the consequences of your actions.
  • Work with neighboring village leaders through trade and decision making to achieve what is best for your community.
  • Learn the true nature of brotherhood in Afghanistan, and use it to prosper as strong leader of your community.
